The 3,600 m\u00b2 building is fully leased and offers flexible business space in the largest modern business park in Tallinn. With the completion of H\u00e4rgm\u00e4e 20, the development of T\u00e4hetorni Tehnopark has reached a significant milestone: 6 of the planned 12 buildings have now been completed.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has--font-size\">The H\u00e4rgm\u00e4e 20 building is part of the <strong>Favorte Stock<\/strong> concept, which brings warehouse, office and showroom space together under one roof and is aimed at companies seeking functional and adaptable business premises. Companies increasingly favor solutions that offer flexible space usage, high building quality and more controllable operating costs compared to older commercial properties. According to <strong>Rainer Hinno<\/strong>, Member of the Management Board at Favorte, the success of T\u00e4hetorni Tehnopark is based on a holistic approach: a well-functioning business environment, a clear concept and the opportunity for companies to grow within the same location. The next phase includes <strong>M\u00e4ek\u00fcla 13<\/strong>, a building of approximately <strong>2,290 m\u00b2<\/strong>, which has been <strong>fully leased even before construction begins.<\/strong> In addition, a building permit has been issued for <strong>M\u00e4ek\u00fcla 12<\/strong>, which will add around <strong>4,620 m\u00b2<\/strong> of new space to the business park. Favorte\u2019s total investment in the project amounts to <strong>\u20ac55 million<\/strong>. The energy efficiency of the buildings is supported by a <strong>600 kW<\/strong> solar power plant installed on the rooftops, covering approximately half of the tenants\u2019 annual electricity
